Are your vape products TPD compliant?
Yes. All our products — including e-liquids, pods, and vape kits — are fully TPD compliant and MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) registered where required. We work only with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to ensure full regulatory compliance.
What is the minimum order value?
We offer low minimum order thresholds to support retailers of all sizes. Whether you're buying small quantities or bulk stock, we’ll accommodate your needs.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4PM (Monday–Friday) on the same day. Orders after 4PM are dispatched the next working day. We use DPD for all shipments.

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a DPD tracking number via email. You can track your delivery status in real time through:
